ABOVE WATER is the new short film from writer-director Jeff Norton and producer Gil Kolirin, featuring haunting performances from Judson Lake and Millie Midwinter-Lean.
ABOVE WATER premiered at the 2013 London Short Film Festival as part of the ‘London Lives’ program on January 10th, 2013 at the Museum of London Docklands.
Inspired by the Occupy movement, and the close proximity of fierce protest to high finance, ABOVE WATER is a lyrical, experimental story about the chance encounter between two lost souls who would never ordinarily meet.

The film was written and directed in 24 hours and filmed in the City of London.
